- Frederick Frank, M.B.A.
- Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers and a prominent investment banker to the biotechnology industry. Before joining Lehman Brothers as a Partner in October 1969, Mr. Frank was co-director of research, and Vice President and Director, of Smith, Barney & Co. Incorporated. He received his M.B.A. from Stanford and his undergraduate degree from Yale University.
- Lt. General Ronald Blanck, D.O.
- Served as President of the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth. Prior to that position, Dr. Blanck was a U.S. Army Surgeon General and also served as Commander of the Walter Reed Medical Center and North Atlantic Region Medical Command. Dr. Blanck is a graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified in internal medicine.
- Lawrence Helson, M.D. FAAP
- Dr. Helson has had a distinguished career in medicine and the biotechnology industry. He has held appointments at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital and Cornell University Medical School. He has also held positions with ICI Pharmaceuticals and Napro Biotherapeutics. He has over 180 peer-reviewed publications, holds several patents, and has been an investigator on several human clinical trials.

- Walter Haeussler has served as the Director of Technology Transfer at Texas Tech University, as General Counsel to Advisys Inc., an animal biotechnology company, and as the former President of the Cornell Research Foundation at Cornell University.
