- Dr. Bollon brings 25 years experience in biotechnology as a scientist, executive and entrepreneur. He has been the Chairman, President and CEO of HemoBioTech since 2003.
- Founder, former Chairman & CEO of Wadley Biosciences Inc, a joint venture between Wadley Cancer Center and Phillips Petroleum.
- Founder, former Chairman & CEO of Cytoclonal Pharmaceutics – led an IPO in 1995 and closed licensing agreement with Bristol Meyers Squibb.
- Dr. Bollon holds a Ph.D. in molecular genetics from Rutgers University and was a Post Doctoral Fellow at Yale University.

- Robert Baron is an accomplished business executive, having been President of Cash City, Inc. and CSS/TSC, a subsidiary of Tultex, NYSE (TTX), a New York Stock Exchange–listed company and manufacturer of active wear products.

- Robert Comer was the former Chief Financial Officer of Bank One Management and Consulting Corporation, and an audit partner with Arthur Andersen Co. Mr. Comer is the chairman of the audit committee of HemoBioTech.

- Dr. Mittemeyer is the former Chairman of the HemoBioTech Scientific Advisory Board.
- He is a professor of Urology and former Dean of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC).
- He is the former President of the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (Medical School) and Head of the Department of Urology.
- He is a former U.S. Army Surgeon General and former Chief Executive Officer Commander of the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
- Dr. Mittemeyer received his M.D. from Temple University. Dr. Mittemeyer is the chairman of the compensation committee and a member of the audit committee.
