- Dr. Bollon brings 25 years experience in biotechnology as a scientist, executive and entrepreneur. He has been the Chairman, President and CEO of HemoBioTech since 2003.
- Founder, former Chairman & CEO of Wadley Biosciences Inc., a joint venture between Wadley Cancer Center and Phillips Petroleum.
- Founder, former Chairman & CEO of Cytoclonal Pharmaceutics – led an IPO in 1995 and closed licensing agreement with Bristol Meyers Squibb.
- Dr. Bollon holds a Ph.D. in molecular genetics from Rutgers University and was a Post Doctoral Fellow at Yale University.
- Mark Rosenblum joined as the Chief Financial Officer of HemoBioTech on April 1, 2005.
- Former Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer & Controller at Wellman, Inc., a $1.2 billion public chemical manufacturer.
- Mark Rosenblum holds a master's in accounting and B.S. in accounting from the University of South Carolina. Mr. Rosenblum is also a certified public accountant.
- Dr. Simoni is the co-inventor of HemoTech™ and a world-renowned blood substitute scientist.
- He is the Acting Vice President of R & D and Advisor at HemoBioTech and Associate Research Professor of Surgery and Internal Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Science Center.

- Dr. Simoni holds a DVM and a Ph.D. from Wroclaw Agricultural University in Poland.
