HemoBioTech, Inc. was founded in 2001 as HemoBioTech, Inc., a Texas corporation. In 2003, we incorporated a sister corporation named Hemobiotech, Inc. in the state of Delaware. In 2003, HemoBioTech, Inc. was merged with and into Hemobiotech, Inc., with HemoBioTech, Inc. as the surviving entity.

Our SB-2 statement became effective in May, 2005. Our stock was listed on OTC.BB on November 10, 2005.

Our corporate offices are located at 5001 Spring Valley Road, Suite 1040- West, Dallas, TX 75244. Our research and production facility is located at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas.
